DAIRY PRODUCTS UNIT

In the dairy processing unit of our center, raw milk is first subjected to different heat treatments according to the product to be processed in the pasteurizer unit in the pre-processing section after the necessary analyzes are made to determine its quality. It is then sent to the relevant dairy unit through pipes in a closed system. In the dairy unit, there are white and brined cheese production department, cheddar and çeçil cheese production department, butter production department, ice cream production department, pasteurized milk production department and yogurt production department. In addition, there are 2 cold storage rooms, 1 incubation room and 1 warehouse in the milk unit. In our center, an average of 2 tons of milk is processed daily and 17 different dairy products are produced.
