In our Bakery Products unit, there is a bread production department, a fermentation room, a cold storage room and 2 warehouses. In our bakery unit, whole wheat bread, whose sourdough is produced by us, is currently produced. It is also planned to produce new products in this unit within the scope of student applications and product development.
