Physicochemical and microbiological analyzes of our raw materials and products are planned to be carried out routinely in our laboratories. Our activity plans include further improving the laboratory conditions and providing services to other public institutions and the private sector in this field. In addition to the production activities at Kayseri University Food Studies Application and Research Center, the application and laboratory courses of the students of the Food Technology program of Safiye Çıkrıkçıoğlu Vocational School are currently carried out within the center.
